Roy is an attorney and business development professional with 20+ years experience practicing law, advising businesses and managing and developing performing artists. He is currently Partner in charge of the Firm's Consulting Services Division that includes a roster of independent record labels, talent agencies, filmmakers, artists, production companies and other entertainment professionals. 

As legal advisor and/or business consultant, Roy helps entities in the startup, operations, funding or dissolution stage of their business. 

Roy is the founder of the Independent Film & Music Collaborative (www.ifmcollaborative.com).  The company is a collective of film and music industry professionals who share a common goal to provide creative individuals ("creatives") direct access to the people, services, and information that they need to take their creative projects to the next level. 

Roy is an advocate for minors' rights in entertainment. He co-created the Showbiz Parent Bootcamp to help parents properly and safely navigate their children's entertainment careers. Currently, Roy iworked alongside the Georgia State Legislature's Education Committee,preparing legislation to strengthen Georgia's child entertainer laws.
